Our cookies at St. Paul's Classic Cookie, approximately 3-4oz each, are mixed from scratch, hand scooped, and baked fresh daily. We use only the finest ingredients and no preservatives. Our cookies make a great gift for a birthday, anniversary, shower, welcome home, or to just say hi! With over 15 kinds from which to choose, we are sure to have your favorite.
I am a WAHM/WOHM who has a passion for all things sweet. Coupled with my passion for whole foods and traditional cooking, I strive to bring my customers the most delicious cookies, muffins, cupcakes and cakes ever, just like the ones grandma made! In addition to owning and operating a bakery in downtown St. Paul, I also am a licensed facilitator for MotherVenture and I opened my own chapter in downtown St. Paul.
When I am not busy baking cookies and cupcakes or facilitating a networking meeting, I am running after my 8 and 3 year old boys who have more energy than I could have ever imgained. Without my the constant support of my husband, I couldn't imagine trying to accomplish all the things that I love to do.
I opened St. Paul Classic Cookie in January 2006, a bakery located in the heart of downtown St. Paul, MN. Specializing in cookies, muffins, cupcakes, and cakes, we mix everything from scratch and bake it fresh daily. For the holidays we have fun treats like German Christmas Stollen and Viking Fruitcake and decorated sugar cut-outs. With over 15 kinds of cookies, 12 kinds of muffins, and 6 kinds of cupcakes. We have something for everyone!
