I am not an expert. (I am not a prophetess or even a tea leaf reader.) 

Do not take what you read on my website as the gospel truth.  I am only as good as my information and I merely try my best to research diligently and then come to some sensible conclusions based on what all the other "experts" say.

Use your very best judgement.  If you don't have good judgement, then find someone whose judgement you trust and use their judgement.  Someone like your lawyer.  

If something that I have written rings true to you, by all means go about and implement it.  But please don't expect great success from something you've read on my website and then complain to me if you don't find it.  I hope you are successful.  But if you aren't, it's not my fault, even if you do something that I suggest and it backfires.  Because every situation is different and you obviously took my advice because it sounded reasonable to you too.  I can't force you to do anything so anything that you do with the information that you read upon my pages was your own choice.
